1. What does the registration fee include?
    • Admission to the conference
    • A delegate bag
    • Lunch & refreshments
    • Access to the educational & sponsor stands
    • Viewing of posters / scientific & clinical trials

    Please read the following guidance carefully before registering for the conference.

  2. Registering for the conference
    • It is important not to complete the entire registration form in capital letters as this will generate an error and registration will not be completed.
    • It is possible for delegates to book for the full conference package or any combination of sessions.
    • Delegates must register online even if you are waiting for confirmation from your employer.
    • If you are having to pay by cheque then please include your registration number and name on the back of your cheque and send to the postal address that you will find on your confirmation letter along with this letter which confirms your details for us.
    • We must know any catering requirements in advance. Please make sure that this is included in your registration. If you are waiting for confirmation from your employer, you must still register for the conference and let me know as soon as possible if you did not get your leave approved.

  3. What happens after registration has been completed?
    • Delegates who register and complete payment ONLINE will automatically receive a receipt and this will confirm your place. Those who register and select “PAY BY CHEQUE” will only receive a confirmation letter. A receipt will be emailed out once the cheque has been received and cleared.
    • Please make sure that you give a valid email address otherwise you will not receive a confirmation letter or receipt.
